Women Who Connect was designed to shift that experience, creating a space where women are encouraged to arrive as they are, take a breath, grab a drink, a bite to eat, and settle into conversation without the pressure of immediately talking about business.

Hi, I'm Lisa
Lisa Vara is the founder of Women Who Connect and the owner of Luxe Virtual Services, where she supports small business owners with intentional, detail-driven administrative and marketing support.
Women Who Connect was created from Lisa’s own desire for something different; a space where networking felt more natural, more supportive, and more aligned with how relationships are truly built.
Her approach is rooted in intentionality. From the structure of each gathering to the experience women have when they walk into the room, every detail is thoughtfully considered to ensure that attendees feel comfortable, welcomed, and able to connect in a meaningful way.
Lisa believes that when women are given the space to be seen, heard, and supported, both personal and professional growth follow naturally.
Through Women Who Connect, she is building a community where relationships come first, and business grows from there.
