Below are answers to the most common questions about the Women Who Connect Membership.
What is the Women Who Connect Membership?
The Women Who Connect Membership is an invitation into a deeper level of connection, community, and support. It’s designed for professional women who want more than occasional events; women who want to stay connected, feel supported, and grow alongside others who value connection first.

How Much Does Membership Cost?
Members can choose the option that works best for them:
Monthly membership: $29/month
Yearly membership: $290/year (save $58!)
How Does Billing Work?
Memberships are billed through Wave. You’ll receive an invoice via email prior to each billing date. For ease and uninterrupted access, we recommend saving a payment method in Wave so your membership renews automatically each month.
When Does My Membership Start?
Your membership begins immediately upon payment.
Example: Join on February 15, and pay $25. You’ll have access from February 15 through March 31. Your next billing date will be April 1.
How Often are Member Gatherings?
Member-only Coffee Connect is held every other month. Additional member gatherings will be offered throughout the year, and will vary based on season and availability.
Do I Need to Attend Everything?
Not at all. There's no pressure to attend every event or participate constantly. This community is meant to support you, not add another obligation to your life. Show up when it feels right for you.
Can I Refer a Friend?
Yes! We love referrals!
As a member, you’re welcome to bring one guest to Coffee Connect. Please email us at womenwhoconnectnj@gmail.com at least one day prior to the event to let us know you’ll be bringing a guest. This is a one-time invitation per guest.
If someone you refer becomes a member, you’ll receive a $10 credit toward any ticketed Women Who Connect event. Credits are applied after your referral joins as a paid member.
Can I Pause My Membership?
Yes. Monthly members may pause their membership for up to three months. Simply email us at womenwhoconnectnj@gmail.com to request a pause.
Can I Cancel My Membership?
Monthly memberships: May be canceled at any time. You’ll retain access through the end of your paid period.
Yearly memberships: Non-refundable once processed. To avoid auto-renewal, you must cancel at least 30 days before your renewal date.
Do Yearly Memberships Auto-Renew?
Yes. Yearly memberships automatically renew 12 months from your join date. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel at least 30 days before your renewal date.
Does Membership Replace Event Tickets?
No. Membership provides early access and a 20% discount on ticketed events, but tickets are purchased separately unless otherwise noted.
What is the Member Spotlight?
Each month, up to two members will be featured across our Instagram community. These spotlights are an optional perk of membership and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Featured members will have the opportunity to share their story, what they do, and how others can connect with them. Participation is completely optional. You’re welcome to take part when it feels aligned for you.
How Do I Access the Member Directory?
Once your membership payment is processed, you’ll receive a welcome email with an access link to the member directory.
